We pride ourselves on the philosophy that food should be as delicious and visually attractive as it is healthy

 

Dine in style with a strong emphasis on balanced diet, while enjoying exquisite, creative flavours. The day begins with a sumptuous buffet and hot breakfast, followed by a light lunch, while the evening unfolds with a three course fine dining experience.

A Culinary Experience

Gaia is a true culinary experience, serving a variety of, Chicken, line caught Seafood, and Vegetarian dishes. With a healthy Spa Cuisine approach to wellness, our chef personally chooses the freshest Organic produce available from Gaia’s own Organic garden, the orchards and plantations of the NSW Northern Rivers region, as well as from local farmers and suppliers. This area is renowned for some of the finest seasonal food mother earth has to offer. This is evident in the high standard and quality of the Gaia cuisine.

Fresh Local and Organic Produce

With Gaia's spa cuisine approach to wellness, our chef personally chooses the freshest organic produce available from our wide variety of local suppliers, including Gaia.s own organic garden.

The orchards, plantations and farms of the NSW Northern Rivers region yield some of the finest seasonal food mother earth has to offer. Dine in style with a strong emphasis on balanced diet, while enjoying exquisite creative flavours. Gaia is a true culinary experience, varying seafood, chicken and vegetarian. Vegans and special dietary needs are fully catered for. A selection of fine Australian wine is also available to accompany your dinner upon request.

Breakfast - 8:00am .10:00 am

Served in Kukura House or Tevana Deck. The bounty of a rich local harvest allows us to producefresh tropical fruit, freshly  squeezed juices, farm fresh eggs, a range of warm breads, gluten free cereals and muesli.

Lunch - 12:30pm-1:30pm

Served in Kukura House or Tevana Deck. Our chefs take on a much broader perspective than  just preparing meals.  They keep in tune with nature's seasonal fruits and vegetables, and design meals to enhance your health and well being.  Lunches are light with tantalising fresh organic salads, soups, pastas, breads and other  culinary delights.

Dinner - 6.30pm-8.30pm

Served in Kukura House or Tevana deck. Dine in style with great emphasis on a balanced diet, while allowing you to enjoy creative flavours. Dinner is a daily fresh 3 course gourmet menu, varying fish, chicken, and vegetarian.
